Fete de la Musique is back, and being held on Saturday, June 18th. This year Fete de la Musique is being held on the same day as World Music Day. This event is based on an all-night celebration of music in France, which was started by an American musician and DJ in the 1970’s. Fete de la Musique is held in June to celebrate the coming summer solstice. Every June, this event is celebrated in different spots around the globe. All the fun gets underway at 12noon and ends at 4pm. The event will be held in Main Beach Park. This is a free event to attend.
