When selling you home, there are a few tricks to make rooms look larger. One way is to paint a room the same color as adjacent room, making rooms look more seamless and feel more like one large space. Another tip is to paint walls the same color as the drapes; this also gives a seamless, less broken up look. Sun rooms or California rooms will look larger painted green, reflecting the nature around them. Remove extra furniture from rooms and arrange remaining furniture in conversational gatherings.
The Laguna Coast Wilderness Park is having a workshop on California Native Plants and Uses. On Saturday, March 26th learn about California native plants through the seasons. The class will be lead by Laguna Canyon Foundation volunteer naturalist. As part of the class, there will be a 2.5 mile hike which has a 45 foot elevation gain, with moderately uneven terrain. The workshop begins at 8:30am and runs until 11:30am. Admission is free, however, there is a $3 day parking fee. The Laguna Coast Wilderness Park is located on the Highway 133 at the James Dilley Greenbelt Preserve.
