When selling your home appearance is everything. Fix up all little issues such as loose door knobs, chips or cracks. Refresh garden beds by pulling weeds, turning over the soil, planting colorful blooming plants and putting down a layer of fresh mulch. Try placing a bowl of fresh fruit in a variety of colors on the kitchen counter. Potential buyers will feel welcome.
